Our goal is to provide you with quality web design at an affordable price whether you are a business or individual. We have pricing to suit everyone's needs. We also offer maintenance services for your existing website at very reasonable prices to keep your site current and top notch.

Susan is also the founder of Elite Office Support, a worldwide networking and business listing organization for virtual assistants and is a founder of Virtual-Professionals.com, an organization founded to promote all of the virtual professionals worldwide.

Virtual-Professionals.com is membership-based and offers a wealth of resources, to members and non-members alike.

Use of this site and it's features is entirely at the user's risk and responsibility. Elite Web Studio offers no guaranty that links (incoming or outgoing), will be functional and will not and cannot be responsible for the content of any site that it links to. Our responsibility is limited solely to our own pages as we publish and under no circumstances will Elite Web Studio be held responsible for content on other sites that either link to or from Elite Web Studio, its subsidiaries or associates.

It is understood that Elite Web Studio does not guaranty any results, business or income in return for any listing or advertisement posted on this site, nor does Elite Web Studio warrant the continuous functionality of the site and cannot be held liable for any lapses in site functionality or visibility no matter the length of time.

Elite Web Studio Policies

Contract

We require our contract be signed prior to beginning any work. Contracts can be faxed or emailed to you with a fax back to us to begin work as quickly as possible. Contracts are for your protection as well as ours. Our contract outlines specifically what we are obligated to and what you are obligated to with respect to the design and production of your project.

Payment

A minimum of 50% of project payment is due in advance, with balance of payment due prior to release of the project (i.e., before uploading to permanent server or delivery of final version of your e-book). Some products require payment in full in advance, specifically but not limited to: pre-made forms e-books, e-courses, preset web design packages, etc. For your convenience, we accept several forms of payment:

• Paypal (you no longer have to join Paypal to pay via credit card through Paypal's secure server)
• Direct Credit Card Payment via fax or telephone
• Western Union or Postal Money Order
• Locally ONLY will consider business checks (requires advance approval)

Project Time Frame

We make every effort to complete everyone's projects in the minimal time possible to produce a professional product. Rush projects can be completed at additional cost. Materials (content, images, etc.) for projects must be submitted on time or delays in project completion time may result.

Projects not completed within the project time due to client not providing materials frame may be suspended or charged an additional fee to extend the contract period.
